Living Wholeheartedly

Are we fully participating in this world? Is everything we do done wholeheartedly? We invite you to a day of mindfulness practices and mindful contemplation as a doorway into stepping into life wholeheartedly.

The day is suitable for all levels, no previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is required. There will be a number of different mindfulness activities including guided meditations, silent sitting, walking, movement, sound meditations, dharma readings, tea drinking, eating, enquiry and sharing.

Join us for this lovely day on Saturday, November 30th, 2019 at the Kingston Quaker Centre, 10-4pm

Investment and booking:

Standard: £15
Supporter: £20 (to support those who have less means to come)
Supported: £10 (concessions and those on low income)

KMMG at 73 king Henrys road KT13QA. Please include your name, address, telephone number and a cheque made out to the Kingston Mindfulness Meditation Group

If tickets are fully booked please email infokmmg@gmail.com with your name and contact number to be added to the waiting list. If you need to cancel please contact infokmmg@gmail.com. There are no refunds on cancellations less than a week prior to the mindfulness day.

On the Day:

Please arrive from 09:30 for registration. We will begin the day at 10am. Wear something comfortable – we will be doing a little mindful movement and stretching. We sit on chairs but you are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion as well. Please bring some vegetarian or vegan food to share for lunch
